Full gut of a 55 sq ft second-floor bathroom in a Ghent rowhouse. Remove tub, toilet, vanity, tile floor, and all drywall down to studs. Protect adjacent hallway hardwoods with poly + ram board. Water is shut off; owner has bagged the toilet trap. All debris to curb — city bulk pickup Friday.
Driveway Tear-out & Prep for Concrete Pour
Existing 18 x 32 ft cracked concrete driveway in Hilton Village needs to be fully broken out, hauled, and the sub-grade compacted with 4 in of new gravel base — pour crew arrives the following Monday. Two large oak roots along the west edge must be worked around without damage. Dumpster stays on-site, permitted by city.
Detached Garage Demolition (12 x 20)
Wood-frame detached garage with asphalt shingle roof and concrete slab. Need full demolition down to the slab (leave slab intact — we're repouring later). Haul all debris. No electrical or gas connections — HVAC contractor already disconnected. Neighbor's fence is 3 ft from the north wall — must protect during demo. Permits pulled by owner.
