Shipyard-Area Brick & Chimney Repointing

1940s brick home two blocks from the shipyard. Chimney has visible mortar erosion up to the crown and 3 spalled bricks near the flashing. Need a mason to grind out failing joints, tuck-point 30 linear ft, replace the 3 damaged bricks, and install a new stainless chimney cap. Access via a 2-story scaffold — contractor provides. No interior smoke work.
