Drywall Repair + Skim — Water Damage Ceiling

6 sq ft area of living-room ceiling sagged from a fixed roof leak. Cut out the damaged section, replace with new 1/2 in drywall, tape + mud, skim, match knockdown texture, prime. Ceiling is 9 ft — need a ladder. Leak has been fixed and area is fully dry.
