Historic-district homeowner rebuilding a 120-ft locust split-rail fence to match the colonial aesthetic. All materials already delivered on-site. Contractor removes existing rotted posts, digs 18 new post holes 30 in deep, sets in gravel, mounts 3 rails per section. Historic district reviewer will inspect — no metal fasteners visible.
Post-Storm Yard Cleanup + Fence Line Debris Haul
Nor'easter dropped 4 large branches across the back yard and half a downed pine along the north fence. Need a 2-worker crew with a chainsaw to cut, stack curbside for city pickup, blow + bag all remaining leaves, and clear debris from around the AC condenser. Yard is ~1/3 acre, fenced dogs — will be crated during work.
